Who is The Confidence Course for?

The Confidence Course is for women who want to become confident in all areas of life.

  • The Confidence Course is for women who want to become confident in all areas of life but our primary focus is on helping you to make life choices that feel genuinely right for you. Maybe you lack the courage to pursue a creative practice, start your own business or apply for a more senior role. Maybe you're not confident to set healthy boundaries or ask for what you want. Maybe you're hesitant to speak up in social settings or you simply hold yourself back from pursuing your version of a fulfilling career and life.

If you’re the kind of person who feels ‘not good enough’ at times, this program will change how you feel about yourself.

Kate’s clients also share many other qualities in common. It may be that you:

    • Feel intimidated or uncomfortable around overly assertive people.
    • Sometimes feel a sense of imposter syndrome or ‘not feeling good enough’.
    • Want to learn how to be quietly confident, rather than developing a big ego or changing your core personality in any way.
    • Want to feel comfortable to be the ‘real’ you.
    • Love the idea that building your confidence will make a positive difference in the lives of other people too.
    • Believe in living and working in alignment with your values.
    • Care about collaborating, giving back and making a difference in the world in some way.

The Modules

Each week I will introduce case studies, research and practical exercises to teach you how to become your most confident self.

We’ll explore what ‘real’ confidence is (and what it isn’t) and how you can genuinely build your confidence, regardless of your age or life stage. We will examine the difference between confidence and self-esteem and define how confident you currently are. We’ll also identify the areas of confidence you most want to focus on during the program.

In this module you’ll learn how your personal values, your purpose and your vision are the most effective tools on your journey to build your confidence. I’ll share exercises to help you identify each of these elements so you feel a greater sense of clarity about yourself and your career and life direction.
This week you’ll learn about how to identify with and engage your innate strengths. I’ll share practical tips to help you to connect with the most confident part of yourself and overcome imposter syndrome as you bring the confident you to life.
This week’s focus will be on letting go of the limiting beliefs that are currently holding you back. You’ll learn about cultivating a growth mindset, how to quieten your inner critic and how mindfulness and self-compassion can help you to move forward with a true sense of confidence.

In this week’s module, we’ll look at the relationship between fear and confidence and identify the steps required to build courage as you begin to pursue your goals. We’ll discuss how to build resilience, how to manage conflict, how to elevate yourself and find support as you grow your confidence.

Learn how to move on from your self-sabotaging behaviours and cultivate the habit of confidence. This will keep you on track after the course has completed so you continue to pursue your version of a fulfilling career and life.

Next course commences March 2025.

Frequently Asked Questions

Calls will be held on either a Tuesday from 12noon to 1pm or Saturday from 9.30am to 10.30am (Melbourne, Australia time). 2025 dates TBC. Convert to your timezone here. Subsequent calls are at the same time each week

Groups are capped at 20 women but generally the group is even smaller than this. If you’re interested to run the course at your workplace, we can discuss offering a larger group. Please get in touch for more information.

All of our group calls are recorded so you’ll be able to catch up on content by watching the recording.

Ideally, you’ll need at least a couple of hours each week to get the most from the course as well as time during your week to commit to your chosen confidence-building action steps. We’ll spend an hour together on a group coaching call and there’ll be at least an hour’s worth of homework to complete before the next call. Each week I will also share a guided meditation and an expert interview which are optional listening.

Not at all. Many of my clients like to limit their time online. We’ll be extending an invitation for participants to keep in touch via email as well if this is preferable.

The group is open to all women who want to feel more confident in life. Our focus will be on workplace and business confidence so regardless of whether you’re in a professional role or your own business, there’ll be something in this program for you.

If you’ve opened this question, it’s likely you’re a perfect fit for this group. Almost all of Kate’s clients are women who consider themselves to be introverts so it’s very likely you’ll feel completely at home here. Having said that, it’s important that you feel you can participate at your own pace so please feel comfortable to sit back and listen if that’s your preference. There’ll be no pressure in the group setting at all.

You’re not alone! We’ve kept this in mind while developing the course content. Each module includes some reading material but please rest assured, you won’t be reading pages of research and theory. Even if you only join the call and commit to your weekly action, you’ll notice some change in how confident you feel.

You’ll have access to course materials for six months from the course commencement date.

We will happily issue a refund if you withdraw from the program seven days before it commences.  Given the limited number of places available, unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds once the program begins.

Yes absolutely. Please get in touch and we’ll send you some information.
